He thinks it the person who stabbed him in the eye the first time so now he is going to kill annabeth because she said she is the one who is nobody. So that is who nobody is and if you say you are nobody you might get killed or die.
Polyphemus and nobody had a fall out centuries ago, Nobody was originally Odysseus and when he came upon Polyphemus island; Odysseus claimed he's name was "nobody." and Odysseus ended up stabbing Polyphemus in his eye making him blind. so when annabeth said she was "nobody" he thought that she was Odysseus.
